Linda Valori born September 3, 1978 in San Benedetto del Tronto.

Very young, in 1995 she won the 2nd prize of the National Contest “A new Italian entry” held in Milan.

After several  live activities, in 2000 she participated at the national contest “New Voices”, won the award for the best vocal expression and got the first prize  as absolute winner.

In 2002 she won the “Mia Martini: Youth for Europe” award.

In 2004, in March, thanks to the foresight of Simona Ventura and Tony Renis, participates in the 54th edition of the Sanremo Festival with the song “Air, sun, earth and sea”, finishing in third place overall.

In the same year she also won the 3rd edition of the “Mediterranean Festival” in Fethiye (Turkey).

She start a long live tour, that will take her also to sing for Pope John Paul II in St. Peter’s Square on April 1,  for the World Youth Day and  the President of the Italian Republic Carlo Azeglio Ciampi.

She is been called to join the cast of “A voice for peace” in San Giovanni Rotondo and in the “Sanremo Estate” event.

Invited to the “Festival of Young Artists for Peace” in Assisi, she received the “Young Artist for Peace” award.

On September 4, is called upon to sing again in a major event of the Catholic Church in Loreto in the Marche region, for the Azione Cattolica’s meeting, and after several concerts around Italy, she start a tour in the United States of America, where she made very prestigious concerts.

She returns in the US in December with “Sanremo in the world” (Atlantic City).

Ended a wonderful year with the show on Rai Uno on the night of December 31, 2004 “L’anno che verrà” at Rimini.

In 2005 she released her first album ” La forma delle nuvole ” which also contains the single ” Domani stai con me”.

She also won the international singing competition “Cerbul de Aur” in Brasov – Romania.

In February, after several appearances on television programs of RAI- italian national television- , she is invited in the cast of Music Farm, the reality show of RAI 2 dedicated entirely to music.

On May 28th, in Bari, she sings at the Eucharistic Congress, another important event of the Italian Church, broadcast live by Rai Uno.

The summer was also very busy with a new tour and  the “Missa umilis” lyrical version, in Castel Gandolfo (Rome).

In September she sing at the “Italyani” party, on the occasion of World Youth Day in Cologne (Germany), and in the following month won the international competition “Cerbul de Aur”, in Brasov, very known Romanian festival.

In this year is called from Disney to sing the italian version of the theme song of theyr new cartoon “Chicken Little”.

In 2006 she participated at the selection of Romania in the Eurovision Song Contest 2006, taking the second place, and started  ”La forma delle nuvole tour 2006″, with which achieves more than 40 dates across Italy.

In 2007 ahe began a collaboration with Massimo Ranieri, very know male singer in Italy: she recorded with him a song in his new album and then she participated at the television show “Tutte donne tranne me”, as a permanent guest. From here begins a new theater tour, with Massimo Ranieri.

In the summer of 2008 she released the single ” Pasolini scrive”, which Maurizio Fabrizio, great Italian author, wrote for her. Linda, while continuing his tours pop, started to approach the blues world, that fascinates her: she began a long period of study and work, which will last several years. Are out new singles like ”Quelli che”, published in 2010 in the new cd ” Tutti quelli”, the year after.

In 2011 is called by United Colors Of Benetton to sing a song of the great Nina Simone (Is not got no I’ve got life), the soundtrack of the advertisement of the clothing fall / winter collection. Participates at the XXV National Eucharistic Congress in Ancona, in duet with Gatto Panceri, and between late December 2011 and early January 2012 we can see Linda in  thirteen television episodes of the program RAI – “Domenica in”, and continuing the long live tour.

But the Blues, now the true passion of Linda, takes over! In January 2013 he released the album ” Days like this’ ‘, a collaboration between the Leart’ World Music production and Larry Skoller (two Grammy Award nominations), which takes care of the artistic direction, calling in the project internationally renowned musicians like Keith Henderson (guitar), Tim Gant (keyboards), Bill Dickens (bass) and Khari Parker (drums), who can claim artistic collaborations with the likes of Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Beyonce and Raphael Saadiq. Mixing, recording and mastering are outsourced to Blaise Barton – winner in 2010 for a Grammy Award.

The new work let start a new tour in Italy, Europe and the US for all the next two years, taking part in numerous and prestigious international festivals, thanks to the collaboration with guitarist Maurizio Pugno, known bluesman with a long and rich musical experience.

In 2013 Linda also had the honor to sing in front of Pope Francis, in St. Peter’s Square, for the Pilgrimage of Families.

Today, in 2016, Linda Valori is now universally considered the most important female voice blues of Italy, and one of the most interesting in Europe.

He continues her tour, in greatest blues festivals across Europe, pending the forthcoming new album, scheduled for 2017.
